Delivery policy.

How and when you receive your inboxes. Last updated 6 November 2026.

What we deliver

Avion Inbox is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. For each order we deliver:

  • The licensed Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes you ordered, on your domains, with the sender names you chose.
  • MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set and checked on every domain, plus domain forwarding and a tracking domain if you asked for them.
  • The login details for every inbox, and an import file (CSV) for your sending tool.
  • If you asked for it, the inboxes connected straight to your Instantly workspace.

How we deliver

  • Everything is delivered in your private client area at avioninbox.com/portal, where you can download your files at any time.
  • We email you when your order is ready, at the email on your account.

When you receive it

  • Setup starts once your payment is confirmed and your domains point to the nameservers we send, or you have added the DNS records we send.
  • Inboxes are usually live within 24 to 48 hours after that. This is a typical time, not a guarantee.
  • Large orders, domains still waiting on DNS changes, or delays on Google's or Microsoft's side can take longer. You can follow the progress of every order in your client area, and we tell you if anything holds it up.
  • New inboxes need about 2 weeks of warmup in your sending tool before full cold email volume.

Where we deliver

We deliver to businesses worldwide, except where our terms say we can't, such as sanctioned countries or places where Google or Microsoft do not offer these products.

Delivery costs

There are no shipping or delivery fees. Setup is included in the price per inbox.

If something goes wrong

  • If an inbox doesn't work as delivered, tell us by live chat, ticket or email and we fix it at no charge.
  • If we can't deliver inboxes you paid for, you get a full refund for them, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
