You agree to
- Send only legitimate business outreach that is relevant to the people you contact.
- Follow the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients, including CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and PECR in the UK and EU, and CASL in Canada.
- Identify yourself honestly, include a valid postal address where the law requires it, and use subject lines that match the email.
- Include a working way to opt out in every email, and honour opt-out requests promptly, within 10 business days at most.
- Follow Google's and Microsoft's own policies for their products, and keep daily volumes per inbox within the limits we recommend.
- Keep bounce and spam complaint rates low by verifying lists before you send.
You agree not to
- Send phishing, malware or fraud, or impersonate another person or company.
- Promote illegal products or services, adult content, gambling, or deceptive financial schemes.
- Send email that ignores opt-outs, hides who is sending it, or uses misleading headers.
- Resell or hand the inboxes to others for uses that break this policy.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may pause or remove the inboxes involved, without notice and without refund, to protect other customers and the licensing account. Repeated or serious breaches end the account.
