How licensing works

Official licenses, through an authorized reseller.

Your Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 licenses come straight from Avion Cloud Solutions LLP, an authorized reseller based in Mumbai, India, that has supplied licenses to businesses for years. Avion Inbox sets them up, delivers them and supports them. You'll see Avion's name at card checkout, on your card statement and on the billing page of your admin console. That's expected.

Questions buyers ask first.

Are these real Google and Microsoft accounts?

Yes. Google inboxes are official Google Workspace Business Starter licenses and Microsoft inboxes are official Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses, supplied by Avion Cloud Solutions LLP and set up on your own domains.

Are your Microsoft inboxes Azure inboxes?

No. Each Microsoft inbox is a licensed Microsoft 365 Business Basic seat with its own Exchange mailbox. Very cheap Outlook inboxes on the market usually run on Azure tenants or shared mailboxes, which is a different product.

Why does checkout say Avion Cloud Solutions?

Avion Inbox is a service of Avion Cloud Solutions LLP, the authorized reseller that supplies your licenses. Card payments go through Stripe on Avion's account, so the charge shows under Avion's name.

How fast do I get my inboxes?

Usually 24 to 48 hours after payment, once your domains point to the nameservers we send you. We tell you the timeline before you pay.

Do you need my domain registrar login?

No. We send nameservers for each domain and you change them at your registrar. If you prefer, you can add the DNS records yourself.

Do you warm up the inboxes?

Your import file has warmup switched on, so your sending tool starts warming them as soon as you import. Plan on about two weeks of warmup before your first campaign.

How many emails can each inbox send?

Once warm, we recommend up to 25 cold emails a day per Google inbox and up to 20 per Microsoft inbox. Google's own cap is 2,000 messages a day, but staying low keeps your domains healthy.

How many inboxes should I put on each domain?

We recommend 2, and you can choose anywhere from 1 to 5 or a custom number when you order. Spreading inboxes across domains means one burned domain can't take the rest of your sending down with it. The calculator on the pricing page works out the domains for you.

What happens if an inbox gets disabled?

We rebuild it at no extra charge, on the same domain or a new one, and update your import file. This covers inboxes used within our acceptable use policy.

How do I pay?

By card. Every invoice has a Pay by card button that opens a secure Stripe checkout. Inboxes are billed monthly in advance.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Inboxes are month to month. Tell us before your next billing date and they stay active until the end of the month you paid for.
